Installation instructions
Construction of embedded groove of 3D furnace core: Before buying it you can ask the sales customer service for construction reference drawing and make grooves according to the construction reference drawing provided by the customer service.
Matters needing attention:
1. Fire viewing area of the fireplace should be made of moisture-proof materials. If it is made of wood, the wood should be painted with waterproof paint.
2. Construction reference size of the four grooves should the recommended size, which can be adjusted according to actual situations on the site.
3. The ventilation opening shall be reserved in interior places of the groove for air convection between the vent and the outside air. There is no limitation of the orientation and its total length shall be greater than 3/2 of the total length of the fireplace and it shall be as high as 20MM.
4. A three-eye socket of 220V shall be reserved inside the groove.
5. It is recommended to decorate the background of the flame viewing area with dark materials instead of light reflective materials.

Product operation instructions

1. The product needs to be placed horizontally. If it is inclined, it may result in poor atomization or prevent fog formation.
2. Before starting the product, connect the power cord to the power supply, and the screen will display "OFF". At the same time, turn the white water valve switch under the cover plate counterclockwise by 90 degrees. Then open the small water cover on the cover plate to expose the water filling port, insert one end of the silica gel soft water pipe into the port and connect the other end to the external water container, and then click the FILL button twice to fill in purified water. When the water reaches the appropriate level in the water tank, the water level sensing probe in the tank will automatically send out a signal to stop the injection, which means that the water is full. Then pull out the pipe and cover the small water cover. Press the ON/OFF button, then wait for about 60 seconds, and the 3D flame will appear.
3. The product will slowly consume the water in the water tank during the working process(the water consumption rate is proportional to the fire-making intensity of the 3D flame, and the more intense the fire, the faster the water will be consumed). When the water level is lower than the sensing position, the machine will automatically stop working, the screen will display "LOW", and a buzzer will be sent out every 10 minutes to inform the user that water needs to be refilled.
4. Prepare the water container in advance when operating the drainage, open the water cover, insert one end of the soft water pipe into the drain outlet, and put the other end into the water container. At the same time, raise the tail end of the product slightly by 10-20 degrees. Turn off the product first, then press and hold the DRAIN button for 5 seconds to drain the water. When there is no water to drain or only a little water remains to drain, stop the pump immediately to prevent it from idling.(Note: It is forbidden to press the DRAIN button when there is no water in the tank)
5. If there are slight fan rotation sounds or water drop sounds in using, it belongs to the normal working phenomenon.
6. If the medium and low-grade flame effect is used for a long time, the atomized water vapor emitted will spread slowly and there may be slight water droplet deposition on the cover plate, which is a normal natural phenomenon.
7. When purchasing the product with the multi-color switching function, he user needs to download the mobile phone for color switching operation. To download and operate the multi-color function switching APP, please refer to the supporting instructions separately.

Basic repairing and maintenance
1. Fuel requirements: Pure water or tap water purified by filtration free of impurities is recommended.
2. Cautions for long-term non-use: If the furnace core is not used for more than one month, the water inside the chassis shall be drained so as to avoid changes in water quality that may lead to the breeding of bacteria.
3. Service time: The furnace shall not be continuously used for more than 12 hours. It is recommended to shut it down for more than 1 hour each time before the machine is started again. Do not turn it on or off frequently.
4. The water tank shall be cleaned after it is used for more than one year because the scale in the waterproof box may stick to the atomizer for a long time and affect the fog amount.
5.3D flame mainly have effects by relying on the atomizer. The service life of the atomizer is related to users' habits. Pay attention to the following two points and you can effectively extend the service life of the machine:
(1) In the process of use, it is necessary to add water in time when the water amount is low. If there is no flame, it means that the water level is lower than the atomizing plate height of the atomizer. At that time, the atomizing plate will become hot which can affect its service life.
(2)If the atomizer is used for a long time, its amount of atomization may decrease. The atomization plate can be changed to restore it to normal. It is suggested that the plate should be changed after users make contact with the customer service.
